What we collect

The site has no user accounts or online payments. We only receive the details you choose to send through the quote list, contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, email address, company, city and message. Items you add to the quote list stay in your own browser until you send them.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a quote, handle your order and delivery, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Who we share it with

Where needed for these purposes, we may share data with shipping and logistics companies, our accountants and authorities entitled by law. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and messaging services such as WhatsApp (Meta) may process data on servers outside Turkey.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes and as required by law. Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 2 years.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) you may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Email info@asfsandalye.com; we reply within 30 days. The full Turkish notice is available at /kvkk.
